Diploma/Certificate	High school diploma (notarized + translated)
Transcripts	Complete academic records (notarized + translated)
Language Certificate	IELTS 6.0+ / TOEFL 80+ / HSK 4–5
Recommendation Letters	2 letters from teachers/professors
Personal Statement	500–1000 words: why this university/program
Study Plan	Your academic goals and research interests

Additional Documents

Physical Exam Form	Standard Chinese form — must be completed by a licensed physician
Police Clearance	Certificate of no criminal record
Bank Statement	Proof of financial capability (¥30,000+ or equivalent)
Guarantee Letter	Financial sponsor letter (if funded by family/third party)

Timeline

• 6 months before: Check passport validity, start gathering transcripts
